The FAAM PTA invites you to sign up for one of our tour dates and to register to attend our Open House. We would be thrilled to show you the school that we love and offer you two different opportunities to see FAAM. Please read below about our tour dates and our Open House. Take note these are the only opportunities where our school is open to visitors, so don't miss out.
The admission process for FAAM and all magnet schools in Montgomery is handled directly by Montgomery Public Schools (MPS), this process may change from year to year. As soon as MPS updates the application process and deadlines, we will post their information at the bottom of this page. Please check back here, or directly at: http://mps.k12.al.us/.

between, January 7, 2019 and Noon CST on February 8, 2019.

Prospective students entering 2nd -5th grades in the fall of 2019 must have their transcripts turned in no later than 4:00 PM CST on February 22, 2019.

PLEASE DO NOT contact MPS or FAAM to set up your assessment. MPS or FAAM will contact you to set up your assessment.
After all applicants have had their assessments MPS will process the assessments and qualify candidates. MPS has tentatively scheduled late April for random selection of qualified candidates. After the selection process is complete, candidates will receive an email or letter with the results. PLEASE DO NOT contact MPS or FAAM to check on your acceptance letter unless you do not receive one on the specified date (TBD).
