  2. Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event”

  3. Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”

  4. Follow the instructions to register reader(s) and add family and friends.

  5. The system will send pledge requests for you. You get notified each time a pledge is made, and you can track your pledge progress online!

The FAAM Readathon is here! Forest Avenue students will read, raise money, earn prizes, and work together toward two big school-wide goals:

Funds raised through the Read-a-thon support the programs, experiences, resources, and school improvements made possible by the Forest Avenue PTA.

There are lots of stops along the Read-a-thon trail — and students can earn prizes in more than one way.

A few milestones along the way:

  • Raise $10
    Earn your first fundraising prize

  • 100 minutes — Happy Camper Prize

  • Raise $50
    Another fundraising prize unlocked

  • 250 minutes — Trail Reader Prize

  • Raise $100
    Keep climbing the prize trail

  • 500 minutes — Campfire Reader Prize

And that’s just the beginning.

Keep turning pages and working your way up the trail.

Students earn the prize associated with every reading milestone they reach.

Students can also earn prizes as their fundraising totals grow.

Each level unlocks another prize, so students who keep moving up the trail keep adding to their prize haul.
