Good afternoon, I hope all is well with everyone! I know that we are all getting a little anxious about the start of school and what it may look like in August. I have included a link to an article in this email with the latest information from State Superintendent Dr. Eric Mackey and a possible date of when information will be released to the public.
While we await Dr. Mackey's information, MPS needs your feedback on EOY Blended Learning. The survey is less than 10 questions and will take you less than 10 minutes to complete! The survey will close on June 25, so please take some time and give your honest feedback because Blended Learning is a VERY real possibility for the Fall, and we want to make the necessary changes to ensure success!
I have also included the link for you to update your child's registration information. I apologize that this has been so confusing. The username for existing FAAM students is the username you use for INOW. The password is your parent number...you will take the P off and add a 0 to the end of the number. You all received this information when you completed online registration last year.
If you do not know the password then you will need to email Mrs. Farmer (emily.farmer@mps.k12.al.us) or Mrs. Atkison (dawn.atkison@mps.k12.al.us) for the information. Please do not call the school and leave a message. Please email us if you need the password. Students who were enrolled in MPS during the 2019-2020 school year, no matter if you have used online registration before or not, will access the site at http://update.mps.k12.al.us. Everyone must register online this year. Please be patient as we get this info out to you all if you have forgotten your password. We will get the info to you as soon as we can. You have plenty of time to get this done before school starts.
